Session Objectives:
What is Antiblackness, is an interactive teaching module structured as collection of diagrams and discussion prompts. Drawing on case studies, scholars, artists, activists, and organizations investigating the architecture, nature, and mechanisms that position Black life to experience distinct and, seemingly, interminable conditions of violation, this module introduces a vocabulary of antiblackness as an analytic to locate and explain these phenomena within, outside, and among oneself.
